As Mayor of Roswell, it has been my pleasure to become acquainted with Mayor Ray Jenkins through his membership in the Georgia Municipal Association and the Metropolitan Atlanta Mayor's Association.

Mayor Jenkins is a hard-working leader and a man of integrity. Doraville is fortunate to have him as their Mayor. I look forward to his re-election so that we can continue to address the regional problems that face both our cities."

"Dear Citizens of Doraville,

I am proud to endorse Ray Jenkins for re-election as Mayor of the City of Doraville.

During the eight years I served in the House of Representatives, I had numerous occasions to work with Ray in his capacity as Councilman. I always found Ray to be motivated by only one thing--doing what is right for his constituents. During the time Ray Jenkins has been Mayor this has continued to be his reason for serving in office.

In addition, due to his service as Councilman and Mayor, Ray has the background and experience to continue to provide outstanding leadership. Over the years he has dealt with many issues, and he has demonstrated the fairness and judgment which add to his qualifications for re-election as Mayor.

Finally, Ray Jenkins is simply a good man. He treats others with respect, and he is willing to hear the other person's point-of-view. In an age when too many public officials lose touch with their constituents, it is encouraging to know there is someone like Ray who listens and cares.

Doraville is fortunate to have a Mayor like Ray Jenkins. I heartily endorse his re-election and hope that you will consider supporting Ray Jenkins for Mayor of Doraville.

Best regards,"
Tom Sherrill, Former State Representative

"The citizens can call Mayor Ray Jenkins at anytime, and he will listen. He has always worked with and for my community. Mayor Jenkins has done a good job, and I thank him for all that he has done for Doraville.

I am proud that Mayor Jenkins did the right thing by calling our Chief of Police, John King, back to work which has kept this city together.

I appreciate the values that Mayor Jenkins stands for, and I say to him: Go do God's work in our city for the next four years."
